I absolutely love everything about Fit Flavors! I have been a loyal customer for many years. The convenience of already prepped meals and snacks makes it easy to eat healthy. All of the meals and snacks are flavorful and satisfying. The customer service is amazing as well. Today, Kristen helped me, and she is so incredibly kind and engaging! I appreciate knowing that I will be greeted and welcomed each time I walk into Fit Flavors. Kristen and all of the employees are always willing to help and answer any questions. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

I frequent Fit Flavors for simple and wholesome weeknight meals for myself and have also started grabbing gluten-free and low sodium bulk for my neighbor that I can’t cook for anymore (at least not with gluten and salt like I like to ;)). Kristen is always so helpful in guiding me to selections that meet my/our needs each time and she’s gotten me to try things I never would have (and love by the way!). Keep Kristen around I say 😊

I loveeeee Fit Flavors!! I was a dedicated Factor girl but the sodium was way too high! Not the case with Fit Flavors and their ingredients are top tier and the variety and taste is unmatched! Kristen is sooo kind and always gives the best customer service!!!

Absolutely love fit flavors! It’s a healthy way to keep me on track and keep the weight off. Kristen here at the Chesterfield location did an amazing job at assisting me and making sure I got everything I needed. Thanks for everything Jillian and your crew. I have been eating these meals since 2018

I've always liked this place to get a healthy meal. I love the sweet and salty turkey burger but today Kristen helped me find a new favorite! The turkey bulgogi bowl is really nice with the sauce and it's really filling! Thanks again, Kristen!

I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to take the time to do so because Kristen (at the Chesterfield location on Clayton Rd) really goes above and beyond every time I come into Fit-Flavors. I am always greeted by Kristen with a friendly hello and smile and she is very enthusiastic and excited to help me with my Fit-Flavors selections. I really appreciate having someone help me who clearly loves her job, the product and the company. Fit-Flavors is fortunate to have Kristen! Also, my whole family loves the the convenience of Fit-Flavors and how delicious and healthy the meals are!

I stopped by the Chesterfield location last week for the first time and Katilyn did an excellent job explaining everything to me and helping me purchase my first meals. So far, I have tried the muscle builder and the sweet and salty turkey burgers and both were very tasty. I will definitely be back.

love this location as it is conveniently located close to my work. kristen is so sweet and helpful! she recommended the brand new chocolate cherry cheese cake bites…. holy moly. so tasty! give this place a try for quick / to go lunch and dinners for busy folks!

Fit flavors is always dependable, their food is fresh and well prepared. Kristen is always there to help. She knows the menus and is very helpful and choosing and letting me know about what is coming forward or when the menu is getting ready to change. I’ve tried all the food services and this is the one I’m sticking with.
